Rustic barn interior at Paternoster Farm

Where land meets table

Tucked away in the Pembrokeshire countryside, Paternoster Farm is more than a restaurant — it's an experience shaped by seasons, soil, and the quiet pride of a working farm. What began as a dream to honour the land evolved into one of West Wales' most beloved dining destinations.

Every evening, guests gather in our ancient stone barn to share courses that arrive as they're ready — unhurried, unpretentious, and deeply rooted in what's growing just outside the door. The meat comes from our farm. The vegetables from the walled garden up the lane. The fish from local harbours along the Pembrokeshire coast.

There are no choices to make, no stress about what to order. Simply arrive, sit, and let the kitchen tell you the story of today's farm.

"Absolutely incredible meal — one of the best (if not the best) meals I've ever had. Washed down with an incredible seasonal cocktail. The prices were reasonable too!"

"Every dish was bursting with amazing flavours. I simply could not fault any part — food, service and atmosphere was exceptional. Definitely the best restaurant I've eaten at in the UK."

"Fine dining without the pretentiousness. Farm to fork dishes paired with farmyard parking, friendly relaxed staff, mismatched cutlery, candle lighting & farming paraphernalia."

"Fantastic food — enjoyed it as much as some Michelin star restaurants. The ambience inside was so rustic and pretty. Feels like all the food has come from a real working farm."

"This is the best place to eat in West Wales — possibly the whole of the UK. Everything is reared or grown at the farm or sourced locally from the land."

"Always delicious. Always local. Different every time. The vegetarian nights are just as good as the omnivore evenings, even for an avowed meat-eater."
